Sunny balcony was a bonus. One could dine at restaurants such as Icc Indian Curry Club 5 minutes away. Beautiful tourist attractions like jungceylon were adjacent to the accommodation

The rooms are spacious and very clean and hotel reception staff was helpful and friendly. Location was good too just a bit of a walk out to the shopping center Jungceylon
The rooms at the back have windows that open up to the opposite room hence it was inconvenient to have your curtains drawn. Lack of privacy

This hotel's location is fantastic! I could easily walk to Bangla Road and the shopping center in under 5 minutes. Patong Beach was also nearby, taking only about 10 minutes on foot. I was able to park my car at the hotel's convenient parking area. The hotel facilities were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help.
Nothing bothered me during my stay at this hotel.

The design is very cosy, clean and comfortable. The location is good as it is very near to Junceylon Shopping Mall about 5 mins walk. There are a lot of food stalls which conveniently can get food around it. Some of the staffs are friendly and helpfull too.
The white curtains make the room a lilttle dull and plain. Indeed should replace them with colored curtains.

The hotel I stayed in had nice, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. the location was great - just a short walk to all the major attractions and shopping areas. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from.
The hotel was quite noisy, especially at night. I had trouble sleeping because of the loud street noise and activity outside.

The design + location + pricing
Poor wifi + poor room isolation of noise ( but we had no problem sleeping as we requested room on quieter side)

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the visitor area, close to all the action. The staff are friendly and provide good service. The rooms are in fairly good condition, with a useful digital locker and a comfortable extrabig bed. I also enjoyed having a balcony to relax on. The breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying.
Everything was satisfactory.

I stayed at the hotel for 15 days. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The rooms where clean and nice. Beeing close to the nightlife ment that there was sounds from the street but that didn't bother me because I was never at the hotel during thouse hours anyway. To say; If you are in patong with your family, first of all your in the wrong place but you should really stay in another hotel if that is your choise of vecation spot. The location of the hotel was excelent, it was very close to shopping, restaurants and bars. Which made it easy for me to get what I wanted.
The only thing I have to say that was on the negativ side, was that I left my door closed and found it wide open when I got back several hours later. The staff checked the camera but said that they couldn't see anything. Nothing was stolen but that didn't fell safe. There was a WIFI connection but I was really bad, or not woring at all if you where in your hotel room. There was no signal from the wifi there. If you wanted to connect to it you hade to go down to the reception. But then again, I'm on vecation and there are other stuff to do then staying connected.

ACCA was very close to the nightlife and the beach. Also just a short walk to great food and shopping.
The rooms allowed alot of noise through. Also when you removed your key from the wall slot your A/C stopped working. Other than that everything was great.
